Hello and happy almost Fall! I can already feel a change in the morning air and there is a crispness and lightness that surely means that Fall is coming! Bring on the pumpkin spice! As someone from an island country, I never used to enjoy the cold seasons in the US. I missed the tropical warmth but now I certainly enjoy the coming of Fall and all the cosy goodness that it brings. The best part about this time of the year is that you can still enjoy the last of the summer foods and new fall foods! I will attempt to cover this delicious and bountiful time of the year in this month's newsletter, what to eat this September, so it will be a bit longer than usual. We have been cooking away in Mum's kitchen and I am so excited to share these new recipes with you plus some old goodies!
