Today is another guest recipe day! Nick's Chai-Spiced-Eggnog! We did not grow up with eggnog in Fiji. In fact, I disliked eggnog quite intensely until I met my husband, Nick. Over Thanksgiving, Nick made delicious, creamy, spice-y, eggnog cocktails for everyone. They were so delicious and addicting. Definitely had all the flavors of the holidays and definitely changed my mind about eggnog. Recently, I had the bright idea to ask him to create a similar cocktail but with chai spices. Sounds yummy already right? Well, he obliged of course and created a chai spice blend to make cocktails with. It is so tasty, you have to try this for yourself! Best part is that kids can enjoy this cocktail too. Just leave the alcohol out! We used brandy in this recipe but you can use the alcohol you prefer. The recipe is very straightforward so I will not do a step-by-step in today's post but the full recipe complete with measurements is below as usual. Check it out!
